Terms and Conditions – Bet Pro Pakistan's Official Rules and Policies

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Bet Pro platform — including the website at betpro-vip.com, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Bet Pro.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on Bet Pro. Continued use of the platform after any revision of these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and Bet Pro.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account on Bet Pro, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Bet Pro operates a strict minimum age policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing a bet.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth.
• You must not already hold an active account on Bet Pro. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Bet Pro or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.

Bet Pro may request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC, passport, or utility bill — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

Your Bet Pro account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your username and password confidential.

3.1 Account Security

You must not share your Bet Pro account credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Bet Pro support immediately. Bet Pro recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available for all accounts in the security settings.

3.2 Accurate Information

All personal information associated with your Bet Pro account must remain accurate and current at all times. If your contact details, payment methods, or other registered information change, you must update your account settings accordingly. Bet Pro is not responsible for failed withdrawals or missed communications resulting from outdated account information.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Bet Pro account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bet Pro processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. No currency conversion is applied at any stage. Bet Pro charges zero platform fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Standard processing fees applied by your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) are outside Bet Pro's control.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfers)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfers)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet and Visa debit)
• Bank transfer via IBFT (all Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit on Bet Pro is Rs 500 for e-wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for e-wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Daily and monthly maximum limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Higher limits are available for verified accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your Bet Pro account will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name. Bet Pro will not transfer funds to a third-party account under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your issuing bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

Bet Pro may request identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above standard thresholds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure required of all regulated gaming operators. Providing false documentation is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bet Pro offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered. The following general bonus rules apply to all Bet Pro promotions unless specifically stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are credited in PKR to the bonus balance of your Bet Pro account.
• A wagering requirement — typically expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount — must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports betting and live casino bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; some casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, and payment method. Bet Pro reserves the right to void bonus claims where duplicate account activity is detected.
• Bet Pro reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Any bets already placed under an active promotion will be honoured at the prevailing terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game sessions on Bet Pro are governed by the rules specific to that market or game, which are available within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on Bet Pro:

6.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is not accepted until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been placed. Bet Pro recommends checking your bet history in your account dashboard to confirm all bets.

6.2 Odds and Prices

Odds on Bet Pro are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Pre-match odds are locked at the time your bet is confirmed. In-play odds reflect the current market position at the moment the bet is accepted, not when you first viewed the odds. Bet Pro reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical or human pricing error.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet on Bet Pro is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, game, and account tier. Maximum limits are shown in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. Attempting to circumvent maximum stakes by placing multiple bets on the same selection is prohibited.

6.4 Event Cancellation and Voids

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, or abandoned without a result being determined according to the applicable rules (e.g., DLS in cricket), pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play markets that have already settled will remain settled. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet Pro and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical means to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not publicly available.
• Using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of unlawful activity. All accounts are subject to anti-money-laundering screening in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point during account operation.
• Attempting to transfer your Bet Pro account balance to another person's account or accepting such a transfer.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Bet Pro staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Privacy & Data

Bet Pro collects and processes personal data for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, complying with legal obligations, and improving the platform. All data handling practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering on Bet Pro, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your account and associated data subject to regulatory retention requirements.

Bet Pro uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections. Payment credentials are handled exclusively by certified PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Bet Pro does not store your full card number or bank credentials on its own servers.

9. Responsible Gaming

Bet Pro is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides the following tools, all accessible from your account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period. Reached limits automatically prevent further play until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified duration of continuous play to remind you to take a break.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Bet Pro account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. Bet Pro will not accept a new registration from a self-excluded player.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Bet Pro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to provide requested identity or payment verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Operating multiple accounts or accounts that violate the eligibility requirements.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months. Bet Pro will attempt to contact you via your registered mobile number and email before closing an inactive account.
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations, bonus wagering requirements, or pending investigations. Bet Pro will not return funds if the closure is the result of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or a material breach of these terms.

You may also close your own Bet Pro account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are typically processed within two business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bet Pro provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability and accurate odds, Bet Pro does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bet Pro shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Any bet or game session that is affected by a technical failure, internet outage, or interruption to your device or network connection.
• Incorrect odds displayed due to technical errors, where the error was clear and obvious. Bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds will be voided and stakes returned.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in processing your deposits or withdrawals.

12. Changes to These Terms

Bet Pro may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Bet Pro will notify registered users via the mobile number on file at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

The version of these terms displayed on this page is always the current, operative version. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of Bet Pro after the effective date of a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree to a revision, you should stop using Bet Pro and request account closure before the effective date of the change. Any bets placed before the effective date of a revision are governed by the terms in force at the time the bet was placed.
